Hi, I’m Grace, founder of Grace and Ease Yoga. I came to yoga in 2019 with no background in movement, just looking for a place to begin. At first, it was simply about moving my body, but it quickly became something deeper: a path of healing, self-discovery, and coming home to myself. With time, yoga has taught me how to slow down, be present, and approach life with more compassion and intention.
For a long time, I never imagined teaching. I’d sit in class or follow along with videos, quietly inspired, dreaming that one day I might share the practice that had transformed my life. What started as a dream slowly became something I felt deeply called to follow. In March 2024, I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Peru with Breathe and Flow Academy. That immersive journey into meditation, breathwork, and yoga philosophy continues to shape the way I teach today.
Now, I share this practice in a way that feels true and authentic to me—focusing on connection, presence, breath, and mindful movement with a genuine desire to create space where everyone feels welcome and supported. Whether you’re flowing with energy or slowing down in stillness, my hope is that you leave feeling more connected to your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll often find me rock climbing. Climbing, like yoga, teaches me how to stay present, trust myself, and meet challenges with curiosity rather than fear. Both practices remind me that growth doesn’t come from forcing. It comes from showing up and staying open to the process.
I believe yoga meets you exactly where you are. There’s no right or wrong way to practice. My intention is to hold space for you to move, breathe, and explore in a way that feels true to you — so you can move with grace and flow with ease.
