About Grace and Ease Yoga

Hi, I’m Grace, founder of Grace and Ease Yoga. I came to yoga in 2019 with a curiosity and a desire to begin a movement practice. What started as a way to move my body soon unfolded into something much deeper: a journey of self-discovery, inner connection, and healing. Over time, yoga taught me to slow down, be present, and move through life with more compassion and intention.

My mat became my own sacred space, a space where I could reconnect with my body, clear my mind, and go within.  And the more I practiced, the more I felt called to share it with others.

In March 2024, I followed that call and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Sacred Valley of Peru with Breathe and Flow Academy. Surrounded by nature and a beautiful community, I immersed myself in meditation, breathwork, anatomy, and yoga philosophy, deepening my understanding of the practice and myself.

That experience continues to shape the way I teach today with intention, connection, presence, and deep respect for the inner wisdom we all carry. My hope is to create space where others feel seen, supported, and empowered, just as I have through this practice.

Off the mat, you’ll often find me rock climbing. Like yoga, climbing teaches me presence, trust, and how to meet challenge with curiosity instead of fear. Both practices remind me that growth doesn’t come from forcing. It comes from showing up and staying open to the process.

I believe yoga meets you exactly where you are. There’s no right or wrong way to practice. My intention is to hold space for you to move, breathe, and explore in a way that feels true to you, so you can move with grace and flow with ease.

Yoga is a practice beyond the mat. It’s a way of living, an invitation to slow down, connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you, and remember who you really are.

When we move from that place of harmony, we naturally begin to raise our own vibration. And in doing so, we uplift others. Our presence becomes a ripple, gently expanding outward and touching everything around us, so we may live kinder and help create a more compassionate world.
