Mentally, it reduces stress, quiets the mind, and creates space for clarity and calm. Yoga also supports better rest & recovery, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of presence in daily life.


Not at all. You don’t need to be flexible or know any poses to get started. Yoga meets you just as you are. I’ll guide you through a practice that feels right for your body, your experience, and your pace. Always with care, never with pressure.

I offer a personalized blend of yoga styles and healing practices designed to support your unique energy, body, and goals each day.

• Power Flow Vinyasa

This is a strength-building, stamina-focused practice rooted in functional movement. We flow through dynamic sequences that challenge your body and train healthy movement patterns. It’s a great fit if you’re looking to build endurance, mobility, and a deeper connection to your body’s power and potential.


• Gentle Yoga

Gentle doesn’t mean easy. This practice invites you to slow down, move with intention, and focus on breath and sensation. It’s ideal for those who want to build body awareness, ease tension, and move mindfully. Expect plenty of modifications and space to feel your way through the practice.


• Yin Yoga

A deeply nourishing and meditative style that works into the fascia, joints, and energetic body. In Yin, we hold seated or reclined poses for several minutes, allowing your body to release long-held tension and access the parasympathetic nervous system. It’s especially helpful if you’re feeling burned out, stiff, anxious, or in need of deep restoration.


• Myofascial Release

Using props like therapy balls and breath-centered techniques, we apply sustained pressure to areas of tightness or congestion in the body. This helps hydrate the tissues, reduce pain, and improve mobility. I often weave this into longer sessions or offer it as a stand-alone practice for recovery and self-care.


Whether we’re building strength, finding stillness, or working through stuck patterns in the body, each session is tailored to meet you where you are and support where you want to go.


Yes! If you’re curious about poses like crow, headstand, or handstand, we can work on strength, alignment, and body awareness to help you build toward them safely and intentionally.


I offer 60-, 75-, and 90-minute sessions. Each one includes movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to support your whole self. For those who want more time to explore and unwind, I also offer longer, immersive sessions of two hours or more for a deeper experience.


Yes. I teach in-office yoga to support team wellness, reduce stress, and bring people together through movement and breath. It's a great way to create connection and calm during a busy workweek.


Absolutely. I offer both private and small group sessions. Whether it’s you and a partner, friends, family, or a few coworkers, I’ll tailor the practice to support everyone in the space.


You can book sessions weekly, monthly, or whenever you need support. Some people book regularly for accountability and growth, others check in when life gets hectic. We’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
