Maybe you’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic pain, or looking for a more accessible way to move and feel better in your body. Or maybe you’re looking for a practice that offers more personal guidance and space to focus on what you need.
Private yoga and mindfulness sessions are designed to meet you where you are — whether that’s in your home, outdoors, or a space that feels calm and supportive. Each session is shaped around your body, your energy, and your goals. We move intentionally, breathe deeply, and take the time to listen inward. No pressure. No comparison. Just space to show up as you are.
These sessions are for anyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine and reconnect. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds: caregivers, creatives, athletes, hikers, climbers, dancers, those healing from injury or trauma, and anyone simply seeking a steady space to land and move through life with more ease.
This practice isn’t just about flexibility or strength, though you’ll build both. It’s about feeling grounded, present, and connected. It’s about learning how to move and breathe in ways that support your whole self — body, mind, and nervous system.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga” or have the perfect setup to begin. You just have to show up. I’ll meet you there.
If you’re looking to explore more advanced postures, I also offer focused sessions and workshops on inversions and arm balances. These are a fun and empowering way to build strength, confidence, and body awareness — always at your own pace.
Travel is included within most areas of Las Vegas; locations outside this range may incur an additional travel fee.
Please have a yoga mat available for your session.
Blocks or straps are optional and may be incorporated into the practice.
Payment is due at the time of service. A 24-hour cancellation notice is kindly requested. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee.
If you have any injuries, health conditions, or accessibility needs, please let me know in advance so your session can be planned with the appropriate care and support.
